Dr. Patrick J. Barry

ABOUT OUR DOCTOR Dr. Patrick J. Barry earned his Bachelor of Science Degree at Siena College in Loudenville, NY, where he majored in biology and minored in chemistry. He was awarded a Doctor of Optometry Degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1977. He moved to Arizona in 1977 and began his career in the Department of Opthlamology with Group Health Medical Associates. He has been in private practice since 1989 where his heart and soul belongs in providing primary care Optometric services to the Tucson community. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Arizona Optometric Association and the Southern Arizona Optometric Society. He is Past-President of both the Souther Arizona Optometric Society and the Arizona Optometric Association where he received the prestigeous Optometrist of the Year Award for his dedication to the Optometric Profession. He is quite active in numerous community civic organizations. Dr. Barry and his wife Kathy, have two children, Justin and Amanda.
